Straight Forward Pricing
At Mike Bachman Plumbing we use Straight Forward Pricing. This is a copywrited and patented program that allows us to give you, the customer, a guaranteed price for a job before any work is even started.
We have a $49.95 service fee for each residential service call. This allows us to send a qualified service technician to your home in a fully stocked service truck, we call our Warehouse on Wheels. The technician will inspect and evaluate the problem and then suggest possible service options to correct the problem. They will let you know if it needs to be repaired or if replacement is needed.
Straight Forward Pricing, will then be used to determine the price of the service and then you, the customer, can approve any work to be done. This way you know what the price is and you won't be shocked after the work is done. After the work is approved, our service technician can either begin the service right away or schedule a time that would be more convenient for your sch edule.
